What is a refurbished laptop / PC?
Every refurbished laptop is a used laptop, but not every used laptop is a refurbished laptop. To clarify, a refurbished product is a previously used device that has undergone a cleaning process and extensive quality checks. During this process, both the technical aspects and aesthetics of the product are inspected to ensure its quality and reliability before re-entering the market.
Are these used products?
Yes. These off-lease business class products come from various reliable sources. They are in a well-preserved condition and often indistinguishable from new products.
Is the operating system pre-installed?
Yes. The majority ouf our products are coming with a pre-installed operating system. If you don't want the operating system to be installed please let us know.
Is the power cable, data cable and charger included with the product?
Yes, they are included in the package.
What delivery options are available?
You can choose your preferred shipping method in the checkout process.
Standard delivery: 5 €
Express delivery: 20 €
What is the delivery time?
Standard delivery time is 3-5 days. We recommend you this option for the following countries: Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Austria and Germany.
Express delivery time is 2-3 days. In our experience you should choose this delivery option if you are ordering to: France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, etc.
Notice: During busy times like sales or promotions, delivery might be delayed. Also, in times of local holidays or global difficulties, we might extend delivery times without much notice.
