Warranty EU webshop

All products have 30 days DOA warranty. DOA Warranty is valid when product does not work on arrival. DOA is considered only when complaint claim is received within 30 days from the arrival. All DOA returns must have original box, all accessories material returned with product. Physical damage will void DOA and warranty. Customer will cover shipping costs of returned goods.


Exclusion from warranty

  • The product has been found to be defective after expiry of the warranty period.
  • The product has been misused, abused, or subjected to unauthorized disassembly and modification; placed in an unsuitable physical or operating environment.
  • The product is damaged beyond repair due to a natural disaster or vis maior (flood, earthquake, war, etc.)
